Each product page lists exactly what is included — file formats, number of items, software compatibility, and version. You get the complete package described on the product page, available for download immediately after purchase.

Every purchase includes a single commercial license for one person: it covers your personal projects and paid client work. We do not offer separate license tiers yet — when you buy a product, the license is included.

Yes. Your purchase includes the right to use the asset in paid client work. The asset itself cannot be resold or redistributed, but the work you create with it is yours.

Each product page lists the compatible software and minimum version. Check before purchasing to make sure the asset works with your setup.

After payment, go to your account library at /account/library. Your purchased assets appear there with download links. The download is available immediately — no waiting period.

You are entitled to the version that was current at the time of purchase. If we release a new major version, it may require a new purchase. Minor updates and bug fixes are included.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. See our Refund Policy page for the full process and conditions.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payment is processed securely — we never see or store your card information.

Not yet. All assets are currently one-time purchases. A subscription library (Massiv Vault) is planned for the future.
