Refund Policy

All Massiv Tools for Creators assets are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to download the asset files from your account library. No physical goods are shipped.

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible due to a technical error on our side, contact us at massivmediamx@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement file or resolve the access problem as quickly as possible.

Because digital assets can be downloaded and used immediately, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

A refund may be considered when: (a) the file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement; (b) the product was misrepresented and does not match its described contents; or (c) the download was never accessible due to a platform error on our side.

A refund may not be issued when: (a) the asset has been downloaded and used in a project; (b) the request is made after 14 days; or (c) the reason is a change of mind after successful download.

Email massivmediamx@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request — [Order Number]". Include the order number, product name, date of purchase, and a clear description of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your country of residence. If you believe your statutory rights have been violated, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter.
