Asset License

When you purchase a Massiv Tools for Creators digital asset, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the asset in your own projects according to the tier you purchased.

Creator Commercial — For one (1) individual. Includes personal projects and paid client work. The asset may not be resold, sub-licensed, or redistributed as-is. Team — For up to three (3) users within a single team or organization. Studio — For up to five (5) users within a single company. Enterprise — For schools and large teams. Contact us for a custom arrangement.

You may use the asset in commercial and non-commercial projects, including videos, films, social media content, advertisements, and client deliverables. You may modify, combine, and adapt the asset to fit your project.

You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the asset as a standalone product. You may not make the asset available for download by others. You may not claim ownership of the unmodified asset. You may not use the asset in any unlawful manner.

Massiv Tools for Creators retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to the asset. The license grants you a right of use, not a transfer of ownership.

When a new version of an asset is released, you are entitled to download the version that was current at the time of your purchase. Access to future major versions may require a new purchase at our discretion.

If you breach any term of this license, your license is terminated automatically. You must immediately cease using the asset and destroy all copies.

Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that an asset will be compatible with every software version, system, or workflow.
