These terms govern your use of the Massiv Tools for Creators website and the purchase of digital assets and services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. For any questions, contact us at massivmediamx@gmail.com.

Massiv Tools for Creators provides audiovisual production, performance campaigns, social content systems, and digital assets for creators. The specific scope of each service engagement is defined in the proposal agreed with the client.

Digital assets purchased through our store are licensed, not sold. Your use of an asset is governed by the Asset License agreement that accompanies it. You must accept the license at checkout before completing your purchase.

Monthly services are billed in advance. One-off projects are billed according to the milestones set out in the proposal. Digital asset purchases are charged at the time of checkout. All invoices for Mexican companies are issued with CFDI.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card information. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Monthly services can be cancelled with at least 30 days notice. One-off project deposits are non-refundable once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds for digital assets are governed by our Refund Policy. See the Refund Policy page for the full process and conditions.

Upon full payment for a service engagement, the client receives ownership of the final delivered assets as agreed in the proposal. For digital asset purchases, a license — not ownership — is granted. Massiv Tools for Creators retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement and to use it solely for the purposes of the project.

Massiv Tools for Creators is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or asset that gave rise to the claim.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
